Group coaching courses for parents and carers

Our Parent and Carers Group Coaching Courses brings together a small group of parents and carers who look after a child or young person that is on the autism spectrum.

The course offers a confidential and safe space to have constructive discussions which are themed around a topic and provide an opportunity to think, reflect and plan in a supportive group environment.

Group coaching has the extra benefit of bringing people in similar situations together, enabling them to relate to each other and learn from each other. This also creates a community interested in discussing the same topics they are struggling with to help them overcome challenges, raise awareness and take action that is relevant to them.

We currently offer two courses, a six week course which is suitable for parents and carers of children of any age, and a five week parenting teens course which is specifically aimed at parents/carers of teenagers and young adults.

The six week course is  £175 and the five week course is £145, with the option to pay in installments. We also have some spaces available at a discounted rate for those on a low income - contact us to find out more.

"My coach helps me to keep in mind that I need to focus on things that are helpful for me, not just for my son.

"It’s helpful to have someone who is also a parent of a child with autism and she has useful ideas and experience about parenting an autistic child. She’s very friendly, kind and professional and someone who can listen and not judge me."
