Coaching for autistic/neurodivergent adults
Coaching is much more than a conversation – coaching creates the space to reflect, explore and work through challenges.
We take time to understand your strengths and challenges and help you take action that's right for you. Common themes for coaching sessions include stress management, communication challenges and differences, confidence and executive functioning issues like time management and organisation.
Sessions can be funded privately by you or through your employer.
Workplace coaching
Workplace challenges can be a source of stress and anxiety for autistic employees and that can impact how we show up at work.
Coaching can help by giving you the time and space to reflect and plan. We can help you develop strategies to resolve challenges that are impacting your ability to thrive in the workplace. As well as one-to-one coaching we also offer co-coaching where managers and employees work together.
Our workplace coaching can be funded privately by you, your employer or through the Access to Work scheme.
