I am originally from Birmingham and have lived in North London for the past 22 years. I have three children between the ages of 15 and 10, and my youngest son has autism. I have over 25 years/ experience of working in the Education and Training sector, currently working within an awards organisation.

I am a qualified teacher with a Degree in Education and have an ILM level 5 Leadership and Management qualification, a Diploma of Applied NLP Autism Coaching and I'm currently undertaking an ILM level 5 Certificate in Coaching. In recent years I h ave become a trained peer coach where I provide group and 121 coaching.

I really believe in the power of coaching and how it can transform lives by developing clearer thinking to take the right action to improve our daily lives. It's a privilege to help and support individuals to reach their full potential and use my knowledge and understanding of autism and strategies that can really make positive impact.
