I'm originally from Cheshire but have lived in the Enfield area of North London for most of my life. I currently live in Bush Hill Park with my husband and three children.

 

My passion for coaching comes from my own personal experience.

Coaching has helped me build my own personal confidence, and helped me to step back from my day to day life to work out what I really wanted to achieve.

 

I have left my career in media relations in 2019 to focus on setting up Auternative Coaching - helping autistic people and their families identify and achieve their goals so they can live happier more fulfilling lives.
