Six week group coaching courses for parents and carers
Our six week Parent and Carers Coaching Course brings together a small group of parents and carers who look after a child or young person that is on the autism spectrum.
The course is suitable for parents and carers of children of all ages and offers a confidential and safe space to have constructive discussions which are themed around a topic and provide an opportunity to think, reflect and plan in a supportive group environment.
Group coaching has the extra benefit of bringing people in similar situations together, enabling them to relate to each other and learn from each other. This also creates a community interested in discussing the same topics they are struggling with to help them overcome challenges, raise awareness and take action that is relevant to them.
This course costs £175 for each person attending with the option to pay in three installments. We also have some spaces available at a discounted rate for those on a low income - contact us to find out more.
All of Auternative Coaching's coaches are trained in wellbeing techniques and strategies that have been specially adapted for autistic people and their families.
Everything we do is built on a strengths based approach to autism.
We believe with the right support everyone can grow and develop the skills they need to lead a happy, fulfilling life.
